The Meetings Holiday Lets

• A deposit of £50 is required on making booking to secure your chosen date. If both properties are required, then a deposit of £100 is then required.
• The above deposit is non-refundable.
• Balance is due 28 days prior check in date.
• If the booking is cancelled in the 28-day period, then there will be no refund, unless another chosen date is given, subject to availability. With all bookings we recommend that Guests take out their own travel insurance to cater for unforeseen circumstances.
• Check in times are from 3pm. Checkout times are by 10am.
• The hirer is responsible for the entire property during the period of the booking. All breakages/damages must be reported to us ASAP (a charge will apply).
• We do allow dogs into our properties free of charge. We ask for them not to go upstairs or/& on soft furnishings or to be left in the property alone.
• All properties are STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
• There are fire escape windows in our properties, therefore please do not allow your children to play/sit in the windows.
• There is off road parking at The Meetings Holiday Lets. Parking is at owners own risk.

HOT TUBS

• Please read Hot Tub Booklet on arrival before using the Tub this is very important AND every guest staying should read it.

• Children must not be left unattended in the Tub without an Adult.

• Only guests staying in The Stables or The Cow Byre are allowed to use the Tubs, this is due to our Insurance/liability cover.

• During your stay we (the owners) will do a daily Chemical check/readings this is for the guests safety. We will also top the water up if needed.

EV Car Charger

• We do have a FOC car charger for The Stables and The Cow Byre Guests only
