The Meetings Holiday Lets Explore The Cotswolds

 to the Website of The Meetings Holiday Lets, here in Little Tew Oxfordshire. The Meetings was once a working farm until recently & been in the family for over 70 years. The barn itself is nearly 200 years old & was once used to house 15 or so working heavy horses that were used to plough & harvest the land here at The Meetings.

The upper floor (Bedrooms) were the hay lofts, with doors in the floors to throw the hay down into the mangers below, to the waiting hungry animals. In more recent years the building was used for cows & calves, sheep & lambs, pigs, as well as a couple of Welsh Cob Ponies! 

It was even the location for an episode of ITV’s “Frost” detective series, with David Jason, & had lots of Exotic animals in the barn & a huge Alligator in the main Farm House!

 We have been so lucky to renovate the old barn into Holiday Rentals "The Stables" & "The Cow Byre. Little Tew is a stunning small village on the edge of The Cotswold's, not very far is the village Great Tew with its famous pub "The Falkland Arms" & of course the most recent addition "Soho Farmhouse"."
